YOUR SCHEDULE
Each day will begin with an alkalizing water tonic that will remove acidity, and will alkalize the body to allow more energy. The menu is catered to promote easy digestion so we then use detoxifying healing tonics to repair your cells, followed by a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and dinner with small snacks in between to stabilize blood sugar levels and promote healing. You will be offered a variety of options throughout the program, and each dish is loaded with vitamins, minerals and nutrients for optimal health. Your state of mind at mealtime will affect your body’s ability to digest and assimilate food. So throughout the day you will have easy-to-follow balancing rituals for your mind and body to rest, digest, and enjoy! THIS is what makes our cleanse different. Its a lifestyle cleanse. YOUR ENHANCEMENTS
Your easy to follow menu will fill your body with nourishing food. It's been designed in a way that fully supports you on all levels, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually. But we decided to create additional quick and easy to follow rituals that don't take much time at all. This is where your cleanse become a lifestyle and your experience goes to whole new level!
HIGH VIBES
1 When you feel good, you look good. So let's start with feeling good! You will find special items in your High Vibe Living Travel Bag to help you feel connected and in sync with what your soul really needs. The Spire Schedule shows when to eat as well as when to use your high vibe products. From a mist and handcrafted essential oils, to a flower essence synergy and a lavender eye pillow these products will encourage you to feel good, look good, live good. SWEAT 2 We recommend sweating at least once a day. The pores make up the largest organ in the body so sweating will allow the process of detoxification to go even deeper. Be sure to listen to your body and be aware, that while youre still eating, your body may need to move a little slower than normal. We recommend walking, a slow joy, yoga and sex! RUB 3 We also recommend enhancing your process of detoxification by getting a massage. Releasing tension and encouraging circulation will not only help you feed good, it will ignite vital energy giving you an optimal experience. SCRUB 4 Your SALTDWN Salt Scrub, included in your High Vibe Living Travel Bag, is accompanied by a loofah. It's basically a sponge composed of mildly rough fibers which are super helpful in exfoliating skin. Great for eliminating dead skin cells giving you smooth, youthful, glowing skin. Also great for stimulating skin blood circulation crucial for optimal health and helping your skin breathe! CHILL 5 Taking a bath in epsom salts is fantastic because the magnesium helps the muscles to relax enhancing your cleanse and giving you some relaxation time! You may choose to do your SALTDWN Salt Scrub standing in the bath and the salts will also serve as salts for your bath time. DIGITAL 6 A digital detox is a fantastic way to strengthen connection with self. Keep it simple. Give yourself an hour a day to switch off your phone and disconnect from social media. This could be a great time to meditate and really let the effects of your meditation take hold. Research shows we spend about a third of our life engaged in technology! Now obviously in some cases we need that, but striking a balance between what logistics need and what your spirit need, will give you more of what you're really looking for. Maybe even try replacing social media time with listening to a meditation or calming music to use technology in a new way. CLEAN 7 Giving yourself easy to manage goals to clean out your home and life will give you an all round cleansing experience. Something as simple and cleaning out your nightstand, your closet, your desk drawer will let you feel clear, open and ready for anything! NATURE 8 Getting into nature is also highly recommended. We often forget that we are part of nature. So by going into nature we find balance and our natural state. It's so important for us and there is so much nature to enjoy, so we encourage you to enjoy! WISH + It would be a very powerful touch for you to add intention to each of your enhancements. Keep it really simple. For every Daily Sweat you do, make a wish. For every Rub Down you receive, make a wish. For every Chill Time you take, make a wish. The simple act of making a wish, which takes a few seconds, will allow you to enjoy it even more, help you to release stress and train your brain to connect with what you really want. |

YOUR PREPARATION
If you’d like to get a head start and feel some more energy before starting our program, try eliminating some or all of these common inflammatory foods 1-3 days prior to your arrival. Its not crucial you do this but will definitely allow you to feel the effects on a deeper level.
- Wheat (breads, pastas, muffins, etc
- Dairy + Soy
- Sugar (yes that means no alcohol too!)
- Packaged foods (bars, candy, crackers, etc)
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Most people experience little to no symptoms during the SPIRE Cleanse. If symptoms do occur, this is indicative that your body’s detoxification processes are working to eliminate toxins within the cells of your body. Some symptoms include mild headache, irritability, cravings for sugar, feeling more thirst, increased urination, feeling tired or weak. Bloating and constipation may occur due to switching your diet to new, fiber rich foods, however, these symptoms typically subside quickly in the first few days with our alkaline water tonics. YOUR NEW LIFE!
After the cleanse, you will likely feel lighter, cleaner and more energetic both physically and mentally. We will have removed a lot of inflammation from your body so you may also feel more alert now that your body’s digestive processes have improved. This means you’ll be clearing your bowels regularly which is essential to optimal health so toxins no longer reside in the lower gut. Happy gut health is essential to feeling good! Elevated feelings of happiness and joy are also common because you’ll feel rejuvenated after a well deserved retreat. If you plan on re-introducing some foods that were eliminated during the program, begin slow. Try to introduce one of the |
foods every 3-4 days. Notice how you feel after you consume it. If you have any symptoms like headaches, bloating, gas, indigestion, it likely means you have a sensitivity to that food! Perhaps you could consider taking that out of your diet completely or having less.
