DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?
None what so ever. Wether you are a meditation pro, familiar with mindfulness and practices a like, or if you have never dabbled in spiritual philosophy, where ever you are is perfect and you are more than welcome.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT TO MEDITATION?
This is meditation. Think of it as a more active, energized meditation that is breath focused and feels really good. People often enjoy this as an option for meditation because they arent focusing so much on making thought stop, or trying to get quiet.
HOW LONG IS THE CLASS?
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Nothing, just you, an open mind and maybe a smile.
WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?
Anything you feel comfortable in. Light comfortable clothing is recommended but anything you feel good in will do. Shoes are removed during class so we suggest wearing socks.
IS THIS CLASS SIMILAR TO BREATHWORK, HOLOTROPIC BREATHING OR REBIRTHING BREATHING?
It is similar yes, although, there are techniques and concepts specifically unique to Just Breathe. The Just Breathe method also includes simple movement based in ancient martial art wisdom, to help open your body and energy so you can breathe deeper.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
To feel really good! There is a consistent flow to the class but every class is different and you can really make it what ever you need it to be for you and your life. Youll be guided for most of the class, youll set an intention, youll move a little and youll breathe a lot while learning specific techniques and concepts that will inspire you!
WHAT CAN I EXPECT PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY?
One of these, all of these or none of these may be apparent for you. Its different for everyone. It is a fantastic opportunity to release and clear anything that has been weighing you down! Usually by the end everyone feels renewed and alive!
IS IT POSSIBLE I MIGHT FEEL LIGHT HEADED?
You may, but we regulate the breathe in a special way so it never gets too intense or pushes you too far.
HOW OFTEN ARE JUST BREATHE CLASSES RECOMMENDED?
As much as you want! We always suggest listening to your instinct. Depending on what you are wanting to create you may choose to do it more often so you can breakthrough anything in your way sooner. Whatever you do just keep it consistent, just breathe, and thrive. We suggest at least once a week to keep in flow, feeling good and enjoying life!
